We've had over 600 groups stay with us over the years, we’re going to get the basics right to make sure that your stay with us goes off without a hitch. Nomads Capital, Wellington has a great location, 2 minutes walk from Te Papa, directly opposite the Wellington Town hall and the Michael Fowler centre. For large groups parking is a breeze with limited bus parking available a little further down Wakefield Street, alternative bus parking is around a 5-10 minute walk from us.

Our facilities

If you are bringing a school group in we understand that you are concerned about the safety of your kids. We put our groups into specific areas of the hostel and don’t mix rooms with other hostel guests. Access to our accommodation areas and rooms is protected by swipe card security and our reception is manned 24 hours a day.

Catering is sorted. If you choose to cater for yourselves we have a communal kitchen available for use and full catering options are available including breakfast, packed lunches and dinner. We can also provide day time meeting areas for your group.
