Agnes Water and Town of 1770 really are the hidden gems of the east coast. Right on the most southern point of the Great Barrier Reef, it offers some of the most pristine and colourful diving and snorkeling opportunities around. Being so close to the reef also gives opportunities for some world class fishing, either from the water by tinny or charter, or on the rocks under your own steam. If it’s a more active break you are craving there are km's of stunning coastal and bush walks leading to many hidden bays, beaches and picture perfect views of the coastline.
