Sean and Simone Glassford manage this beautiful traditional pub dating back to the 1880s. Owned by famous Australian actor Jack Thompson, the Hotel features dorms and private rooms, along with a restaurant, two bars, and regular live music. A perfect location directly behind Katoomba Railway Station mean a weekend getaway - or a relaxing mountain retreat - is just a short train ride away. With fully commissionable rates available, this is a perfect add-on to a Sydney arrival package.

A reminder that Australia has some special events coming up! Clipsal V8 Supercars in Adelaide (Mar 19-22), Mardi Gras in Sydney (March 6-8), Grand Prix in Melbourne (March 26-28), and then of course Easter (April 10-13), which sees the annual Blues and Roots Festival in Byron Bay.
Hint: If a date is listed as PEAK, this signifies a surcharge and/or very limited availability. Requests are welcome but no packages may be booked over these dates. If a date is listed as CLOSEOUT, no booking requests will be accepted.
Darwin event dates – Please check you have the appropriate PEAK or CLOSEOUT dates for The Cavenagh (July 2-5, July 30 - Aug 8) and Melaleuca on Mitchell/Value Inn (July 2-5, July 30 - Aug 8, May 6-19).
Adelaide event dates – Please check you have the appropriate CLOSEOUT Dates for Raglans and Adelaide Travellers Inn (4-7 March and 18-20).

Reminder - we have reduced rates for Nomads All Nations Melbourne! With dorms from $22 (10 bed) or private rooms from $65, this is a perfect budget choice in the centre of town. Plus! Don't forget - Stay 4/Pay 3 when you book your customer to stay before the end of March (dorms only!)!
Also we introduce new reduced rates for Nomads Beach House in Cairns. All new bookings from March 1 will start at just $24 for dorms. Book before March 31 for our Stay 4/Pay 3 deal in dorms!
Melaleuca on Mitchell – We are pleased to present dorm rates for this ‘Flashpacker’ style hostel. Located adjacent to Value Inn in the heart of Darwin’s main shopping and entertainment street, with rooftop pool, bar, and lounge, with dorms from $26/nt.
Cape Tribulation – Ferntree Backpackers Resort has just one rate season now - with dorms at $28 and 'flash' private rooms $140 per night. Also, we now have rates for powered Safari Tents at Jungle Lodge. Book by the night ($60) or by the bed ($20 in a triple backpacker tent) at this unique jungle retreat.
