Prices listed include taxes. Check-in is 2pm. Check out is 10 am. A $10 refundable security deposit per person is collected at check-in. Payment is accepted by cash, travelers' check, Visa or MasterCard. Reception is open 24 hours.
We welcome guests from everywhere outside of San Diego county. At check in, international guests must present a valid passport. US residents must present valid government issued identification (ie: drivers license, state id card, passport). Guests may also be asked to present proof of onward travel. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Guests under 16 permitted only in private rooms unless an entire dorm is rented. Parents with young children must contact the hostel prior to booking.
Bookings may be changed or canceled free of charge until 6pm California time, the day prior to arrival. After that, a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation will be charged. Please note below the special cancellation policy for arrivals between July 15 and 20, 2013.
We make every effort to ensure that people traveling together are placed in the same room. However, due to availability and/or booking patterns, there is a slight chance parties booking dorm beds will be placed in separate rooms. If you have a special request concerning this, please email the hostel.
JULY 15-20, 2013 CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any bookings scheduled for arrival from July 15 - 20, 2013 are subject to this cancellation policy:
-- No cancellation fees imposed up to 21 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellation from 20 days to 14 days will result in one night's fee being charged for each bed booked. Cancellations from 13 days or less will result in a fee being charged to the credit card on record of all days of the scheduled stay for each bed or room booked.
