You may cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before arrival. Please do so directly with the relevant hostel.

**We do require all guests to contact us once you have made your reservation to reconfirm your credit card details, arrival time etc. This is essential in order to guarantee your reservation.
All guests are required to present valid photo ID on arrival in order to stay at our hostel (passport, student ID or driving licence)
Group bookings of 6 or more may be contacted for full payment prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be made by 12noon on the day before arrival otherwise the first night will be charged if you fail to arrive or cancel late
- All bookings will be subject to preauthorisation of credit card details. For any details not authorised the booking will automatically be cancelled.
- Groups of between 7 and 14 pax will be charged full amount within a week of arrival. This is non-refundable. Cancellations or amendments for such bookings must be made before 12 noon 1 week prior to the day of arrival

By train - From New Street Station:
Leave the station through the shopping mall main exit which is up the escalators and continue straight onto Corporation Street. Turn left into Cherry Street, then turn right and walk around the little park and cathedral towards Colmore Row. You will see Livery Street intersect Colmore and from there you should walk past Barclays Bank and Snow Hill Station and follow the road under the underpass (it runs under the Queensway so remember to look behind you and down when you reach the Queensway!) Livery Street continues on the other side and after another few minutes on this street you'll find us on the left. It will take about 15 minutes.
However, a taxi from New Street should only be about 5 pounds so if you feel like spoiling yourself...!
From Snow Hill Station:
Leave the station through the main exit and turn right, then right again into Livery Street and follow it till you reach the hostel. Don't let the subway confuse you, Livery Street continues on the other side and after another few minutes you'll find us on the left.
Airport:
Take a train to New Street station then follow the directions as above
