Silver Star Mountain Resort boasts the world's first custom-built ski hostel on the entire planet - yeah, you know it, that's very cool for the backpackers among us. The hostel is fully equipped, with a common area having 4 large kitchen stations, large dining/lounging area, TV room, games area with pool table, ping pong and foosball, pay internet access sites, free wireless internet, laundry room and ski locker.
The hostel is situated about 150m above Main Street of the village. We offer free pancake batter each morning for you to cook up and get that sweet fix for the day's activities. The common area is so big (it officially qualifies as 'ginormous') and is just the right place for a multitude of backpackers to party, play... and recover after a day on the mountain. Then in the summer, Silver Star makes the best base camp for your mountain biking adventures. So much so that Olympic athletes head up to the village all the time to train and take advantage of the amazing trail system and training facilities.

You may cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before arrival. Please do so directly with the relevant hostel.

By Car:
On Hwy 97 from either the north or south, turn east onto Silver Star Rd (48th Ave.). and follow this road 22km to the resort. After passing under the second ski overpass, take the first left onto Pinnacles Rd, we are the last building on the right. The lodge is located at 9898 Pinnacles Rd Silver Star Mountain Resort.
