You may cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before arrival. Please do so directly with the relevant hostel.

In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the hostel has the right to charge your credit card for the first night's stay where you have booked accommodation.

If bookings are cancelled within 48hours of commencement the full amount payable will be charged to the credit card provided. Bookings will only be held until the stated arrival time then standard no-show cancellation policy's will apply.

Agnes Water/1770 is just over 1 hour North of Bundaberg. The must stop hot spot between Fraser Island and Airlie Beach. Southern Cross is located on the main road heading into the Agnes Water township. The first driveway on the right just past the medical centre. - 2694 Round HIll Rd, Agnes Water
By Bus
Coming in by bus? Greyhound busses include a free shuttle service to the hostel. Premier passengers will need to pay an extra $15 for the shuttle bus (arriving at 12.10am and 2.10am) and we do accept these late check-ins.
