Now this one sounds like it should be healthy (i.e. Salad) but if you are on a diet and trying to stick to your New Years resolutions then maybe keep the corn chips to a minimum and use a diet Ranch dressing! ;-)

Cooking & Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Choose any salad items you prefer or use my choice below

  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red Capsicum
  • Feta Cheese
  • Avocado

And most importantly 'Ranch' Dressing & Cheesy Corn Chips

Method:

  1. Chop all salad items
  2. Add to a large salad bowl
  3. Add Ranch Dressing and mix through well
  4. Slightly crush Corn Chips and sprinkle over the top and mix well

This Salad may seem like it won't fill you up, but give it a try... it really will be filling...
