Most people have heard of Cheeky Monkeys before they arrive in Byron Bay but for those of you who haven’t Cheeky Monkeys is a bar and restaurant which is very popular with backpackers. Cheeky’s is by far the wildest of Byron’s Pubs and Clubs and each night of the week there’s something different happening from Mexican Mondays, ladies night, various competitions and dance-offs. Cheeky Monkeys is open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. As well as having a chance to win great prizes at this Byron Bay bar they also have delicious homestyle meals on offer, seriously great value dining from 7pm!
In addition to the 6 nights a week of crazy backpacker activities each week Cheeky Monkeys offers our guests VIP treatment and discounts. It’s an evening for the Nomads family to get together to eat a $5 meal, and being a VIP means you also get some great benefits.
So what benefits do you actually have when you’re a VIP? At 6.45pm you’ll be picked up by bus and given a wristband so that you get free entry into the bar (and be able to get happy hour prices). During happy hour you can get your drinks for 30% off. (so don’t lose the wristband!). Cheeky Monkeys provide VIP prices to Nomads until 11pm on our VIP night and free snacks! Being part of the Nomads VIP crew means you can sit at a large dining table with all your hostel mates.
After dinner Cheeky Monkeys slowly transforms from a restaurant into a club. You’ll find it hard not to dance, it’s pretty much guaranteed that you’ll have a good time!
